Life Unfiltered Podcast — Supporter & Membership Agreement

1. Who this agreement is between

This Supporter & Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between you (the "Supporter") and Behnke Holdings LLC, operating the Life Unfiltered Podcast media division ("we", "us", "our").

By signing electronically and completing a payment, you agree to the terms below. Charges appear on your statement as "LIFE UNFILTERED POD".

2. What you are paying for

A monthly membership is a recurring, voluntary contribution that supports independent podcast production. In exchange, you receive access to the member portal and the benefits listed for your tier at the time of purchase.

A one-time contribution is a voluntary donation to support production. It is not a purchase of goods and is not refundable except as described in Section 6.

Benefits are digital, delivered on an ongoing basis, and may evolve over time. We may add, substitute, or retire individual perks; we will not remove portal access for an active paid membership.

3. Billing and renewal

Memberships are offered on monthly, yearly, and two-year (Founding Member) terms. Each membership bills automatically at the start of every term on the anniversary of your sign-up until cancelled. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the tier and term you chose, at the price displayed at checkout, until you cancel.

4. Cancelling your membership

You may cancel at any time from the member portal or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.

You keep access to member benefits through the end of the term you already paid for. Monthly terms are not prorated.

Cancelling stops future charges. Refund eligibility for the current term is described in Section 6.

5. No-chargeback commitment (please read carefully)

You acknowledge that you are knowingly and voluntarily authorizing each charge described in this Agreement, that the description of what you receive is set out above, and that the cancellation process in Section 4 is simple and available to you at all times.

You therefore agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or card issuer for any charge covered by this Agreement, and instead to contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.

You agree that this signed Agreement, together with our transaction records, may be submitted to your card issuer or payment processor as evidence that the charge was authorized and that the agreed benefits were made available to you.

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us and it is resolved in our favor, we may suspend or terminate your membership and portal access, and decline future contributions from you.

Nothing in this section waives any right you have under applicable law, including protections against genuinely unauthorized or fraudulent transactions. This section applies to charges you authorized.

6. Refunds

Monthly memberships: not prorated. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current billing cycle and are not charged again. The current month is not refunded.

Yearly memberships: prorated. If you cancel, email us and we will refund the unused portion of your yearly term.

Two-year Founding Member memberships: non-refundable. By selecting a two-year term you acknowledge that the amount charged is final and will not be refunded, in whole or in part, for any unused portion.

One-time contributions are voluntary gifts and are generally non-refundable.

We want you treated fairly. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or charged a duplicate amount, email us and we will review it and refund genuine billing errors.

We will respond to refund requests within five (5) business days.

7. Electronic signature and record retention

You consent to sign this Agreement electronically. Typing your full name in the signature field constitutes your legally binding electronic signature under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and comparable state law.

We store a copy of this Agreement exactly as presented to you, together with your name, email, typed signature, the tier or amount selected, the version of this Agreement, your browser information, and the date and time of signing.

We retain that record for the life of your membership and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. You may request a copy of your signed Agreement at any time.

8. Content, conduct, and access

Member content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share member-only material.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, harassment of hosts, guests, or other members, fraud, or breach of this Agreement, without refund for the current period.

9. No guarantee of specific perks or scheduling

Live webinars, bonus episodes, and other member events are scheduled at our discretion and may be rescheduled, recorded for later viewing, or replaced by comparable content.

Support is not an investment, ownership interest, security, or promise of any financial return.

10. Privacy

We use your name and email to deliver membership benefits, manage billing, and contact you about the show. We do not sell your personal information.

11. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement. Material changes to pricing or billing will be communicated by email before they take effect, and you may cancel before the change applies. Continuing your membership after the effective date means you accept the updated version.

12. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us first and allowing thirty (30) days to respond before pursuing any other remedy.

13. Entire agreement

This Agreement, together with the checkout details for the tier or amount you selected, is the entire agreement between you and us regarding your support of the show. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
